	A bachelor's or master's degree in structural or architectural engineering
	A minimum of four years of experience in all facets of the design and analysis of concrete and steel high-rise buildings. (Look at our website for the types of projects that the firm is most often involved with.)


	Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, AutoCad and PCA software
	EIT, PE, or SE certifications
	Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

Additionally,

	If you have experience as a Project Leader for high-rise buildings and have independently managed a team of engineers as well as the coordination and scheduling of these projects.

	If you have consulted directly with owners, architects and engineers in the design and construction of projects.
