| 1515 Broadway Theater's existing cellar space is being renovated to create a new club space for concert events. Approximately 5,000 sf of the existing sloped floors will be built-up to a flat elevation and a new 2,500 sf stage will be constructed approximately eight feet above the current slab-on-grade elevation. The stadium-seating portion of the theater will remain in its current configuration. |
