Located at the edge of Yale University’s Campus in New Haven, Connecticut, this project involves the design and construction of 2 new buildings. The main building provides a new Health Service Center that is expected to contain approximately 136,000 sf. The program will include Administration, Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic Treatment, Nursing, Support and Public Spaces on 4 floors above-grade and one floor below-grade level. The construction budget for this building is $54 million. The second building provides for a 350 car parking garage that is to be shared by the Health Service Center and the adjacent Rose Center. It is expected that the garage will utilize precast concrete construction, and the budget for this building is $9.25 million.
