Located in the heart of Las Vegas, this 7 million sf project consists of two towers, a podium and a parking garage. A 50-story, 450-ft tall tower creates 2,000 rooms and contains 1.3 million sf. A second 600-ft tall tower creates time-share condominiums. The 5-story, 300,000 sf garage below-grade accommodates 3,000 cars and required a 60-ft deep open-cut excavation. Above the garage is a 5-story, 150-ft tall podium structure that provides space for a ballroom, theatre, retail areas, casino and internal Porte Cochere.
