The Station House will replace the existing 120th Street Station and will serve as the central booking facility for Staten Island. The building's structural design utilizes a structural steel system with a cast-in-place lightweight concrete topping slab on metal deck. The parking structure, located in the rear of the facility, will be reinforced concrete with concrete retaining walls to accommodate the offsets and sloping grade.
