Located on Amsterdam Avenue between 66th and 67th Streets in New York City, this project contains approximately 403,800 gsf. The building is composed of a 44-story residential building of 314,500 sf, a four-story community facility of 25,200 sf and 64,100 sf of below-grade parking, mechanical and storage, located on two levels. The residential tower and parking structure will be constructed of reinforced cast-in-place concrete slabs, columns and walls, with a dual lateral system consisting of shear walls and slab frames. The community facility will be constructed of structural steel framing and concrete metal deck, with braced frame lateral system. Both building’s foundations consist of spread footings that bear on eight tsf rock.
