The residential lobby is 18 feet above ground and there is a separate lobby and porte-cochere for the office spaces. Penthouse apartments are located on the top 5 floors. The building also features a lagoon pool and recreation deck, as well as a 7,000 sf state-of-the-art fitness center. Foundations are 122 foot deep auger cast piles. The structure consists of pre-stressed slabs and large, highly efficient shear walls.
