This 32-story, 580,000 sf luxury residential tower, located on River Terrace in the northern section of Battery Park City, faces the Hudson River. The building is expected to provide 320 condominiums, accommodates Battery Park City’s first library facility, and will also contain one level below grade. This is the fifth LEED project undertaken in Battery Park City and will follow the authority’s stringent green guidelines. The building is expected to be completed in early 2007.
