Located on Site 3 in Battery Park City, this new project will contain approximately 486,000 sf. The building is composed of 3 primary components: a 32-story residential condominium building, a 4-story maintenance facility and 4,000 sf of ground floor retail space. The 437,000 sf residential tower will contain 250 condominium units as well as a health club, support and public spaces. The 42,500 sf maintenance facility will provide space for the Battery Park City Parks Conservancy. The project also incorporates a full-basement parking garage, which utilizes a pressure slab and ramp access. This project is fast-tracked and will be designed in accordance with LEED Platinum Rating Guidelines.
