Farro Tofighi joined DeSimone Consulting Structural Engineers in 2005 to help open the firm's Las Vegas office. Mr. Tofighi has over 25 years experience in structural engineering and management and has designed and supervised various types and sizes of projects with total aggregate construction cost in excess of 1.5 billion dollars. His experience includes commercial office buildings, educational facilities, entertainment complexes, hotels and casinos. He also has extensive experience in seismic design standards and three-dimensional dynamic analysis of complex and specialty structures. For the last 15 years, Mr. Tofighi has played a significant role in the structural design of many Las Vegas Hotels and Casinos as well as the Clark County Government Center and the new Las Vegas Federal Courthouse.

Mr. Tofighi received his engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Nevada and California (SEAoN/SEAoC) and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
