Mr. O'Donnell has headed the firm's Miami office since 1987, and is responsible for daily operations and management of the office. His extensive experience includes hotels, resorts, healthcare, airports, large-scale renovations, residential and infrastructure. Mr. O'Donnell oversees the ongoing design and construction efforts for Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. His experience also includes such notable projects as the South Terminal Expansion for Miami International Airport, the six-star Mandarin Oriental Miami on Brickell Key, the Marriott Waterside and Tampa Convention Center, and Our Lucaya Beach Resort on Grand Bahama Island.

Mr. O'Donnell received his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. Actively involved in the Miami community, Mr. O'Donnell dedicated time to establishing "The One Stop Center", which grouped together the necessary agencies, professionals and contractors to restore damaged homes and businesses after Hurricane Andrew. Currently, Mr. O'Donnell serves the community in his role as a board member of the Miami Supportive Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization which develops, improves, and preserves affordable housing for low income persons and families with special needs, and also provides technical assistance to other organizations actively engaged in housing activities.
