| At 850 ft in elevation, this $1.3 billion project will be the tallest building in Florida and the tallest residential structure south of New York City, surpassing the 798-ft-tall Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, which was also structurally engineered by DeSimone. The building consists of a 74-story tower structure. Within this is a condominium unit that sits atop a 16-story podium building containing parking and public space facilities. In total, the project will contain 1,800,000 sf. |
