The building program consists of a ground floor lobby, restaurant with outdoor garden and bar, 27 loft-style apartments, 5 townhouses, a single penthouse located atop the building and a rooftop terrace. The cast aluminum gate at the street is inspired by graffiti and is a notable design feature. It measures 22' high and 140' long. Behind the gate, the façade is constructed of cast iron and wraps the structure. |
