This project consists of three identical buildings bounded by Ocean Avenue, North Bath Avenue, Ocean Boulevard and Ocean Pointe Towers. Each building has two levels of parking and seven floors of residences, providing 74 units per building. Building 2 includes a 7,800 sf Recreation/Spa facility. Due to the lowest level being below the water table, the lowest floor will utilize a two foot thick pressure slab tied into pile caps.  The elevated parking level uses a 12” flat slab.  The transfer slab will be 24” thick. This slab will also support landscape loads.
