Located near Bath Avenue and Campbell Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, this project contains 372 residential condominium units within six 4-story mid-rise buildings.  The six structures are nearly identical.  Buildings 1 & 2 each contain 118,000 sf of living space and buildings 3 through 6 each contain 114,000 sf of living space.  The buildings have a sub-grade level that provides parking for residents.  Each of the six parking podiums contains about 47,000 sf of space.  The total sf for the project is approximately  980,000 sf.
