| The Epic West, a 45-year old Miami landmark, is being completely rebuilt as a 1,400,000 sf condominium/hotel complex. Design development is currently underway for this site. The $160 million project includes a 500-foot tall hotel tower, a condominium tower, a parking garage and retail space on the ground level. The structure consists of reinforced concrete pre-stressed slabs with shear walls. |
