| This project is a nine-story mixed-use building, situated at Lincoln Road and Drexel Avenue in Miami Beach. Included in the approximately 360,000 sf project are residences, retail areas and parking. A portion of the residential building cantilevers 54 feet over an entry drive. At the fourth floor, the building steps back, creating a landscaped, recreational roof terrace. |
