This 63-story, 672 foot high mixed-use residential development contains 310 luxury condominium units, including 14 townhouses lining the pool deck, a 48-room boutique hotel tower in addition to a street level retail component. Each podium floor contains approximately 34,000 sf while the tower floors above have a gross area of approximately 13,000 sf per floor. The superstructure consists primarily of post-tension slabs poured monolithically with columns and shear walls. The building is supported on an auger-cast pile foundation system. In total, the complex contains 1 million sf and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2007.
