1025 Maxwell Lane is part of the Maxwell Place on the Hudson waterfront redevelopment plan, located on the former site of the Maxwell House Coffee Company in Hoboken, New Jersey. The new 12-story, 250,000 sf mixed-use project contains ground floor commercial space, 169 condominiums and below grade parking for 189 cars. The $62 million building also features luxury restaurant and shopping amenities, a fitness center and garden. Designed by Dean Marchetto Architects with interiors by Michael Graves & Associates, the building is expected to be completed in 2006.
