| This proposed 35-story luxury tower will be 394 feet tall and will be located directly north of the Ritz Carlton Residences in Battery Park City, New York. It will also offer majestic views of New York Harbor, the Hudson River and the Financial District. The building, designed by Handel Architects for Millennium Partners, will contain 236 residential condominium units within 442,000 sf. The structure consists of reinforced concrete columns and slabs, in addition to concrete shear walls around the elevators and stairs to resist both wind and earthquake forces. A LEED Gold Certified complex, the building is designed to meet both New York State and Battery Park City "Green Guidelines". |
