| This $100 million, 420,000 sf residential complex is located on the site of the old 14th Street Armory in New York City. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners for the Related Companies and Orda Management, this building consists of two separate structures that are connected at the ground and cellar levels via a podium structure. The podium levels contain the 67,000 sf McBurney YMCA athletic facilities as well as the 2nd floor landscaped common garden. On 15th Street, 62 New York University faculty apartments lie within a 7-story structure. A 13-story structure that contains 218 rental apartments is located at 14th Street. The complex utilizes a reinforced concrete superstructure sheathed in masonry. At the street level, façades are brick inlaid with pre-cast accents and glass storefront apertures and entries.
