| Located on the campus of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine at Cathedral Parkway and Morningside Drive in New York City, this residential tower will contain 280,000 sf and will be 20-floors high. The building will contain approximately 300 market-rate apartments and a 42,000 sf parking garage. The Kliment Halsband design is being developed by AvalonBay Communities in conjunction with the future cathedral development plans. |
