Marketing Coordinator

Description

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to assist in related efforts for all stages of project pursuits such as proposals, qualifications, and presentations as well as for other marketing functions. This position is extremely deadline driven and requires a strong ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposals, qualification packages, and Government Standard Forms production ensuring consistency in branding, format, and content
  • Ability to coordinate a team of professionals by assigning tasks essential to responding to RFP’s & RFQ’s for public and private sector pursuits.
  • Provide proposal printing and production support including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents
  • Maintain various database
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the marketing department

 Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field
  • Understanding of the marketing fundamentals, projects, and proposal development process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, file management, and time management skills
  • Strong spelling and proofreading skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work well individually and as a team
  • Maintains positive attitude and constructive approach to projects
  • Demonstrates commitment to project goals

Preferred Skills

  • Marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and/or database
  • Affiliation with the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS); or a willingness to become actively engaged with local and national chapters
