Hongbo Wang joined DeSimone in 2007 and is currently an Associate in the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Wang has managed many large residential and high-rise mixed-use projects. She is currently managing 220 Central Park South, a new 950ft tall 430,000sf luxury residential condominium tower in New York City; 99 Hudson, a new 915ft, 1.4 million sf residential tower in Jersey City, New Jersey; 80 South Street, a 1,600-foot-tall, 850,000 sf residential condominium and hotel project in New York City; and 115-145 River Road, a development of 4 residential towers height from 500 ft to 700 ft, with parking and amenity space built in four phases with a total structural framed area of approximately 3.6 million sf located in Edgewater, New Jersey. Her additional residential experience includes Millennium Tower Boston, a new 60-story, 1,048,382sf residential tower in Boston and Gotham West, a new 30-story 1,033,000sf residential complex in New York City.

Ms. Wang received her bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Heilongjiang University of Science & Technology in China. Ms. Wang received her master’s and Ph.D. in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
