Robert W. Stimson brings over 40 years of experience in structural engineering and management for an extensive range of projects including multi-unit residential, hotels, casinos, office buildings, educational facilities, industrial facilities, airports, stadiums, and shopping centers.
Mr. Stimson’s experience with the firm includes Resorts World Las Vegas, a new $4 billion hotel and casino in Las Vegas; Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, a 1,350,000sf mixed-use project in Surfside, Florida; Circa Resort and Casino (formerly 18 Fremont Street), a casino and hotel tower in Downtown Las Vegas; Paramount condominiums in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and The Sycuan Hotel and Casino near San Diego, California. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he contributed to major projects throughout the United States and abroad. He has worked in the post-earthquake zones of Haiti and New Zealand evaluating structures and designing strengthening schemes.
Mr. Stimson received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University at Tempe.
