Whitney Boykin is an Associate in DeSimone’s Facades Practice. Mr. Boykin has over 12 years of experience in the architectural and facade industry.

His experience consists of many notable projects in New York City including 520 Fifth Avenue, a 1,000-ft mixed-use supertall tower; 540 West 21st Street, a 20-story luxury residential and gallery; Broome Street Development, a campus of mixed-use, market-rate, and senior housing buildings; 160 Leroy Street, a 190,000 sf, 14-story residential building; 220 Central Park South, a 950-ft-tall, 430,000-sf luxury residential condominium tower; 1841 Broadway, a 181,000-sf mixed-use rental, residential, and retail development; and the Turkevi Center, a 32-story building consisting of the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey and associated departments and lodging units.

Mr. Boykin earned a Master of Architecture degree from the Columbia School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Senior Associate

Benjamin Reich has over ten years of experience in the architectural design of high-rise buildings and project management for complex building envelopes.

Throughout his career, Mr. Reich has worked on numerous high-rise commercial, residential, and hospitality developments. In New York, some of his project experience includes the Baccarat Hotel & Residences, a 50-story tower that contains a luxury hotel, condominiums, and a major public library component; the forthcoming 35 Hudson Yards, a 72-story mixed-use development comprised of 1.1 million square feet; and 50 Hudson Yards, a rising 58-story commercial office tower comprised of 2.9 million square feet.

Mr. Reich is a registered architect in the State of New York and earned his Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rok Lee has over 25 years’ experience in various segments of the facade industry and provides invaluable insight to DeSimone’s Structural Engineering and our Forensic Consulting teams.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has specialized in new construction, facade design, re-cladding and over-cladding, existing facade assessment, building physics, thermal and condensation assessment, and custom curtain wall system design and engineering throughout the United States and Asia.

Mr. Lee is a registered architect in the states of Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania. He achieved his Master of Architecture degree in 1993 from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with the highest departmental honors from Binghamton University in 1988. Mr. Lee is a an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Specification Institute (CSI), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).
