Miami Today- 83-Story Tower Coming out of Ground
Miami Today featured DeSimone’s Panorama Tower in their Real Estate section. Set to be the tallest residential building on the East Coast, South of New York, Panorama Tower will rise 83 stories in the heart of Brickell.
At 830 ft in elevation, Panorama Tower will be the tallest building in Florida and the tallest residential structure south of New York City, surpassing the 798-foot tall Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, which was also designed by DeSimone. The tower sits on a 19-story podium containing parking, public areas, retail areas, a restaurant, and a hotel. The total area of this project is in excess of 2,600,000 sf.
