Commercial Project of the Year Awarded to DeSimone’s Al Maryah Tower

Al Maryah Tower, designed in collaboration by DeSimone Consulting Engineers and Goettsch Partners, was awarded 2016 Commercial Project of the Year at the 12thAnnual Construction Week Awards in Dubai.

The annual gala is the Gulf Region’s foremost event celebrating top achievements in construction, engineering and design.

Located on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Tower consists of a 34-story tower including six podium levels and six levels of sub-terrain parking. The Class A office tower stakes its claim as the first private development on Al Maryah Island and one of Abu Dhabi’s deepest excavated sites (66-foot deep).
