A corner unit in the upcoming One Thousand Museum condo tower by Zaha Hadid Architects just sold for more than $6 million.

The residence is on the 25th floor and has 4,601 square feet of interior space and an 819-square-foot balcony. It has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and exposure to the east, west and south. Carlo Dipasquale of Cervera Real Estate brought the buyer — an undisclosed Italian who is paying cash and has already made a 40-percent deposit for the unit under contract.

Dipasquale told The Real Deal that the building’s design is unique to Miami. “There are no two units that are exactly the same,” Dipasquale told TRD. “Every single apartment is a piece of art.” –

The deal has been covered in The Real Deal Miami.
