Photos of DeSimone’s Miami office project, 1 Hotel and Homes have been featured on Curbed Miami. This hotel and condominium project sits on hundreds of feet of shoreline in the heart of South Beach, Florida.
Originally called 1 Hotel and Residences, this newest reiteration of the project was called “the most extensive overhaul of the building.” It is also known as The Perry South Beach. The residences come fully furnished and the interiors are by Debora Aguiar Arquitetos. See the photos here.
