Danilo Nanni Promoted to Principal in DeSimone’s Structural Engineering Practice

DeSimone is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Danilo Nanni to the position of Principal in the firm’s structural engineering practice.

Since joining DeSimone in 2006, Danilo has worked on many notable projects in the healthcare, hospitality, and residential sectors, including high-rise and large mixed-use developments.

Danilo Nanni’s current portfolio include Paramount Miami Worldcenter, a 3.5 million sf development comprised of a 704-ft residential tower set above a retail and parking podium and the oceanfront Aston Martin Residences, an 817-ft luxury condominium tower in Downtown Miami. Other recently completed developments include Panorama Tower, a 2.6 million sf, 868-ft structure that is currently the tallest building in the State of Florida; and Brickell Flatiron, a 65-story, 706-ft residential tower.
