The Grove at Grand Bay project will be the first truly twisting towers in the United States. The iconic residential project is located at the former site of the Grand Bay Hotel in Miami. Grove at Grand Bay features two towers rising 20 stories above a lush landscaped two-story podium. Each tower rotates or twists up to 39 degrees and includes 40-foot interior spans with up to 20-foot cantilevers. The parking is two stories below-grade. The core consists of composite shear walls to resist the torque generated by the sloping columns. When completed, these towers will be the first LEED Gold Certified residential buildings in Miami-Dade county.
