DeSimone’s collaboration with Dutch-based design studio Concrete is today the tallest residential structure in the state of New Jersey.

The new 70-story building towers 700 feet over the waterfront neighborhood of Jersey City and contains over 750 rental units, ground-floor retail space, a parking garage, and a host of indoor and outdoor amenity areas. The building’s unique silhouette varies throughout the height of the building and resembles irregularly stacked blocks with a number of floor plate slabs cantilevered above the lower levels.
