The Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club‘ debuted this week in Surfside, Miami, Florida featuring designs by Richard Meier & Partners, Kobi Karp Architecture, and DeSimone Consulting Engineers. The new hotel and residence is constructed over and around restored portions of The Surf Club, an exclusive, members-only club in Miami originally constructed in the 1930’s.

Today, the structure consists of three towers that include nearly 150 residences and 70 hotel rooms. Amenities include multiple private pools and roof gardens, dining areas, fitness and sports centers, spas, and other boutique accommodations.
