New York, NY –DeSimone’s project with Dattner Architects, The Hub located at 333 Schermerhorn Street, will be among Brooklyn’s tallest buildings, rising 563 feet with 53 floors.
The planned building is a new amenity-rich, high-rise residential tower in downtown Brooklyn. The 53-story building will have 740 rental units, 20% of which will be affordable housing. Amenity highlights include a large, landscaped outdoor terrace with sun deck, a fully-equipped fitness center with yoga studio and locker rooms, a dog run, a grilling terrace and bike storage for every unit.
Located at 333 Schermerhorn Street, the building is at the convergence of BAM Cultural District, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens and Prospect Heights. Dattner is designing the tower with Goldstein Hill & West Architects.
As of this update The Hub will only be exceeded by DeSimone’s other Brooklyn project, the Avalon Willoughby West, at 100 Willoughby Street, which will rise 596 feet.
