Street façades are composed entirely of glass to take advantage of river and city views
The building construction is composed of reinforced flat plate slabs with columns and shear walls, to resist wind and seismic loads
The building is supported on a pile foundation
The high water table and 100-year flood requirements at the site required the cellar slab and foundation walls be designed to resist hydrostatic pressure
