Project involves the fit out of approximately 31,000 sf for both the LDC and SLC primarily within the ground floor of the existing American Dream complex
Fit out spaces contain various attractions including aquariums, acrylic tanks, theaters, and theme rides
Will include several ramps and built up slabs to accommodate differences in elevation between the base building and the fit out spaces
