Full transformation of the existing Dock Square parking structure
Project will contain approximately 420,000 sf with approximately 160,000 sf remaining in the parking levels and approximately 250,000 sf of new residential use
Seven-story garage contains approximately 287,000 sf and consists of structural steel framing with one-way post-tensioned slabs
Existing floors will be removed from the top of the garage and several new floors consisting of residential units will be constructed above the remaining levels
New cores will continue through the garage and into the new residential levels, columns above may be transferred to accommodate the parking layout below
