- Located on Bryant Street, it is the first building in San Francisco designed by Michael Graves
- The 5,500 sf facility contains a digital imaging studio
- In addition to the rotunda reception area, the project contains a double-height studio, two car garage and offices
- The foundation utilizes 26, 30-inch-diameter drilled concrete piers, which extend down to 20 feet and are tied together with grade beams
- The slab-on-grade is designed to span between piers in the event that the soil liquefies and settles
- The structure is designed using light gage steel framing combined with plywood shear walls
- Steel moment frames were also used to provide lateral support for the rotunda
