The new $77 million, 274-room hotel contains approximately 237,000 sf, including over 10,000 sf of ballroom and meeting areas, as well as a themed restaurant and spa
The landmarked facades were protected and repaired while a new structural system was installed
An eight-story addition containing guestrooms, meeting rooms and banquet facilities was built to the west of the historic structure and all the way up to the Veteran’s Memorial building
