- Constructed of cast in place reinforced concrete and features six rounded, cantilevered slab corners at each floor
- The 6,800 sf floor-plate allows for 20 percent of its area to be cantilevered above the adjacent buildings
- The main tower cantilevers 16 feet and 6 inches out from the six-story base above a four-story building to the west and 16 feet and 6 inches over a five-story structure to the north
- The aggressive cantilevering plan is achieved by utilizing a massive 7th floor transfer that features seven 74-inch-deep concrete encased steel beams
